Polkerris
Polkerris - once a domain for no one has now become a magnet for the tourists and locals alike!
Me and mum sauntered over the cliffs there from Par and were shocked at a.) how busy it was, b.) theres NICE food in the Rashleigh Arms (food served on slate - you know - that kind of place thats too fancy for plates!!!) and c.) theres a funky new Gallery selling my favourite of things - handmade local arts and crafts!
Had a nose inside the Gallery and bought a fabulous ceramic bowl - the middle looks a bit like copper whens its oxidised, and resembles something thats been dug out of the ground! (a quality I am unusually drawn to often!)
Bean enjoyed tearing round the beach like a maniac too!
Hope you had a fab weekend too!
